LipoSelection,
a new ultrasonic alternative liposuction procedure, is

Breast augmentation using saline (salt water) filled implants
is very popular. Many women are unhappy with their chest
size either since adolescence or after pregnancy. A full
chest complements a woman proportions and helps with personal
presentation. The procedure is done as an outpatient under
general anesthesia. Most of the time the implant displaced
in a pocket under the muscle of the chest (pectoral muscle)
through a small incision under the breast or around the
areola. In some cases because of lifestyles or body shape
it can also be placed on top of the muscle. A breast band
is worn for the first couple of weeks after surgery. The
results are immediate and impressive. Tenderness can be
present in the chest past a few days but most patient
return to work after the first week and to full unrestricted
activities after a couple of weeks. For a natural results
enlargement of two cup size is the average goal though
larger results can be achieved. If a breast has a lot

After weight loss pregnancy or just the passage of time
it is possible that the shape of your chest is less that
optimal. Without changing the size of your chest (i.e.
bra size) a breast lift might just be the operation for
you. This operation is done as an outpatient, under anesthesia
and will re-drape the excess skin around your existing
breast tissue. Nipple sensation should be preserved and
the incisions will follow natural skin lines. Tenderness
will last only a few weeks and most patients return to
work after the first week. This procedure will make the

in a very natural way.

If you wear a DD cup bra or above you might be able to
improve your quality of life with this procedure. Patients
of all ages have these problems from adolescents to post
menopausal. Many patients complain that the size of their
breast is causing them many problems, from breast pain
to back and shoulder pain. This is also often accompanied
by bra strap marks and rashes underneath the breasts.
Consequently this procedure is sometimes medically necessary
and you could be covered by your insurance company. We
will submit a letter of necessity in the appropriate cases
to the insurance company to determine benefits. In this
procedure fat, glandular tissue and skin is removed. This
makes the breast firmer lighter and lifts the nipple in
a more youthful position. The exact design of the incisions
depends on the shape and the size of the breast. This
is done as an outpatient and is very well tolerated with
only oral pain medications. Most of the sutures dissolve
away and the incisions on the breasts usually heal very
well. Minor breast asymmetry can normally be corrected.
Artistry is required to achieve a pleasant result, most
patient wished they had had this procedure done years
before they did.

puberty and early manhood (16 to 30 y.o.) This procedure

as an outpatient. A combination of liposuction (traditional
and Ultrasonic) and direct excision can be use to achieve
the final results. A garment is worn for a period of three
weeks after surgery. Final skin shrinkage occurs over
a period of weeks to months after the initial excision.
