Botox®
The use of Botox can be very useful for people who wants rapid results with minimal down time. This can be done over the lunch hour and will last for months. Botox weakens facial muscle temporarily at the skin-wrinkle/muscle interface and leaves the skin surface relaxed, eliminating the wrinkle for immediate results! Botox is injected in tiny doses into wrinkle of the forehead or around the eyes to treat crows feet, or the area between eyebrows (the glabella). It can also be used in the vertical lines of the neck. Though temporary some times this is just what is needed to give you a "lift" at a reasonable cost and delaying the need for surgery. Soft Tissue Fillers (New! FDA-Approved EVOLENCE®)
The use of soft tissues filler have been a significant help to complement multiples treatment plans for facial rejuvenation or improvements. Injected under the skin or in lips these fillers help replenish volume, diminishing lines and wrinkles dramatically improving contour in the face. Most of the fillers are temporary but fat graft can sometimes have permanent effects.

Kinerase
This is a product made from plants extracts. This growth factor promotes healthy cells and slows down the aging process in the skin. Kinerase (0.1% Furfuryladenine) is an effective treatment for fine wrinkles, roughness and color irregularities, when used over a twenty-four weeks treatment program. This treatment eliminates common side effects of topical skin rejuvenation programs. Very few patients complains of redness, dryness, skin irritation, peeling and contrary to retinoids (Retin-A) most patients complete the programs and continue with a daily maintenance application.

Glycolic
A chemical peel is a procedure that uses a chemical solution to peel away wrinkled, blemished, unevenly pigmented, or sun damaged facial skin. The procedure is non-invasive and poses little risk. The result is softer, smoother, and more youthful looking skin.

Face Lift
Everyone deserves the chance to turn the clock back, to look younger and feel better about the way they look. A facelift can improve the visible signs of aging. It can lighten sagging facial muscles and loose neck skin, and remove excess fat to give you a more youthful appearance. When combined with a mid face-lift it will enhance your check bones which is a very desirable trait. Very often a facelift is done in conjunction with eyelid surgery or a forehead lift.

Mid-face Lift
A Mid-face lift can be done separately for younger patients who do not need significant skin tightening. This is a great stand alone operation for the 35 to 45 years old who needs rejuvenation because of a "tired look" and deepening naso-labial folds (smile lines). It brings youthful balance to the face with a smaller procedure that is well tolerated by busy people. It can be combined with a traditional face-lift in older patients who have flat hollow cheeks and small cheekbones.

Neck Lift
Intended for individuals with loose neck skin, saggy skin, wrinkles, and large jowls, neck lift is a relatively minor procedure that can have a profound effect upon one's appearance. A plastic surgeon first removes the saggy excess skin by making incisions behind a patient's ears. Pulling the skin up and back towards the scalp then tightens the loose skin. Excess skin is then removed.

Forehead Lift
A forehead lift, or brow lift, is a surgical procedure that smoothes out the forehead, while raising the upper eyelids and reducing frown lines. The procedure is one of the least complicated and least painful of all cosmetic surgeries. A forehead lift erases many of the effects of aging, leaving you with a smoother, more youthful looking appearance.

Scar Revision
Though nobody can promise the final result of a scar revision, multiple techniques can be used to improve the appearance of an unsightly scar. Dermabrasion, laser and surgical resection are ways that scars can be improved. Each scar is different and each skin is also different, during your private personal consultation your scar will be evaluated and the technique or techniques to be used will be discussed with you. The timing of application is also sometime important to achieve the best final result. Most of these procedures are done under local anesthesia but some times intravenous sedation is also used.

Thermage®
Thermage use radio waves to heat the under surface of the skin at the same time that a cooling spray treats the surface of the skin, the result is an intense heat treatment that doesn't damage the surface of the skin. Thermoplasty treatment will help replenish collagen in the dermis (the tissue of the skin) and reverse some of the sun damage and aging skin changes. What is also very good is that the improvements continue to progress for months after the treatment. This will give you a progressive and natural improvement that will continue to make your Thermage treatment a very good option for your skin rejuvenation program. Thermoplasty contouring can be applied to all skin types, with topical anesthesia, and in most cases, in less than 60 minutes. We can treat the forehead or the cheeks during one treatment session and you can go to work that same day. The Thermage® procedure stimulates collagen production under the skin surface, leading to a progressive youthful appearance. No scars, no needles, and no questions from your friends.

Otoplasty
This procedure is for the repositioning of the ears closer to the skull to correct protruding ears (bat ear deformity). It is done in children around age 5 or 6 before they start first grade or at any time after that. Adults who have suffered from this deformity can have this done under local anesthesia as an outpatient. The incisions are hidden behind the ears and the discomfort is minor. A molding dressing is worn during the first week to avoid blood collections (hematoma). Both men and women appreciate the benefits from this procedure as it often correct a life time problem.

Blepharoplasty
Eyelids are probably the most dramatic elements of facial appearance. They commonly make people look tired or older than they are. The skin around the eyes is very thin and it shows early the signs of aging, thinning of the tissues, bulging of fat, drooping of excess skin. All these can be addressed by eyelid surgery. The use of different techniques, incisions and sometime lasers can be used. A comprehensive analysis of the specific problems that affects your eyes can define the perfect eyelid operation that will give you the best results. This can be detailed during your personal confidential consultation.

Laser Skin Resurfacing
Unlike dermabrasion and chemical peels, the Ultrapulse CO2 Skin Resurfacing Laser uses a very High energy beam of light to vaporize or "paint away" skin, over wrinkle lines, acne scars and other skin defects. Laser light penetrates to a very precise controlled depth, making the procedure safe and more predicable. The precision of the CO2 laser allows your surgeon to determine exactly how much tissue to treat during the procedure. Laser skin resurfacing is gentler and more exacting than chemical peels, which may burn the skin to unpredictable depths.
